The Northern New Mexican community of Taos is known for diverse cultures, vivid color that is untamed in the clear, high mountain light, and of course, art and artists. For many who live here, the creative side of cooking and serving represents yet another facet of art. The variants of character, taste and ethnic background that help make Taos wondrous are introduced through the more than 300 international recipes in the collection.
